Munstenteiger & Severin, P.A. is pleased to announce that we have expanded our services to include mediation.  Our attorney's have completed the Alternative Dispute Resolution training courses in the areas of:  Family Law, Civil Mediation and Arbitration, making them Qualified Rule 114 Neutrals.

Alternative Dispute Resolution is a cost-effective solution for people involved in a legal conflict that does not appear to have an immediate, agreeable conclusion.

As mediators, our role is to facilitate positive, productive communication and provide the tools necessary to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.  Through mediation, both parties will gain a clearer understanding of the issues at hand, themselves and each other.  A successful mediation can be a very enlightening and positive experience for all parties involved.  The new techniques learned for successful communication provide a solid foundation for the future relationship of the entire family.
